A common lament we hear at resident meetings is:
“I wish I knew that before I made my decision to buy!”
The relationship between owner and resident in these parks is unique. There is an entire chapter of Florida law devoted to this relationship and your rights

Stop by the MFL LIbrary in the Clubhouse this Wednesday, August 6th from 10 am-noon. We're having an open house and YOU are invited! We're celebrating our new shelving (Thank you Chuck!) and our new layout for books. We'll have some treats for you and you can check out a new book for yourself to enjoy. All are welcome!

Attention Everyone:
Safety First in Our Community!
Pete, we had a lady barreling down our street. We were on the golf cart and slammed on the brakes so I wasn't hit, but her big S.U.V. hit our golf cart. A scary experience so here is a suggested article.
We all need to be aware of the stop signs and speed limits posted in our park. We need to look out for others on golf carts, bikes and walking. In one minute you can cause an accident and change the life of someone. Please take the extra minute to look both ways and obey the rules. We must look out fir each other and remain safe.
