-There's a box here on the front page marked 'Clubhouse News'. Please get in the habit of clicking on the link in that box; It will take you to items of interest that ELS wants you to know about and not everything in that link will be also here in this box. It's the best way to stay informed!
-As the weather finally unthaws and more folks are getting outside again (especially in the morning), it never hurts to remind one and all to slow down and look out for others when driving around in the park. Also, please be considerate and wait until you get outside of the park to blast your music.
-Upcoming special events in chronological order at a glance;
*The March HOA General Meeting will be Monday 3/2 at 2 pm
*The 10th Annual Classic Car Show is this Friday 3/6 from 11 am-3 pm

Are you interested in getting your club's information listed here? Let an HOA board member know so that we can get the word out to everyone. Don't forget to get yourself in the habit of checking here more often. The website is the place where we can share the latest information with you without having to wait for the next edition of New Horizons,
The 2026 HOA budget is posted here for all to see! Click on the 2026 Budget Chart in the 'quick links' box above to see it for yourself. It will work if you're viewing on a phone but the easiest way to see it in detail is on your computer or your tablet.
If you have questions about any item on the chart feel free to come to the next HOA general meeting (Mon 3/2 at 2 pm). During the 'good of the order' portion of the meeting, any resident who has paid their $20 2026 membership dues can ask questions of the entire board about the chart or any subject of general interest to the park.
